Reservations
Reservation information is available by phone. Please call (910) 458-4028 (local calls)or 1-800-327-5863 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Sat. AND 1-5 p.m. on Sunday, (Sunday timeframe does not apply Oct. - March). An advanced rental payment of $250 MUST be received within 10 days of making a reservation. Upon receipt of your advanced rental payment and signed VRA contract, confirmation will be mailed. Advanced rental payment may be made by money order, certified bank funds, MasterCard, Visa or personal check. YOUR BALANCE WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE.

Reservation Fee
Due to increased operating expenses, a reservation fee of $25 is added to every reservation.

Optional Departure Cleaning
You are required to leave the rental property fully cleaned and ready for the next guest. If you wish to have departure maid service, please schedule when making your reservation. In either case, you are to take out the trash and leave the dishes clean. Optional cleaning charges depend on the size of the property. Please inquire when making your reservation.

Security Deposit
All properties are privately owned. A $100-$200 security deposit is required on all reservations. Refund of deposit is mailed 45 days after checkout, provided keys are returned to our office by 11 a.m., property is left in good condition and the inventory is intact. The guest will be liable for any damages or breakage in excess of this amount. Deposits are not returned on departure.

Linen Rental
Linens (sheets and towels) are available upon request. Contact TBW'S Beach Vacation Rentals at 1-866-799-9306 for information on linen rental. Pillows and blankets are furnished in the rental property.

Maximum Occupancy
As indicated per property by State Law. Violators are subject to eviction without refund. Rental agents check properties.

Pets
No pets allowed other than specified Pet Friendly properties. A Violation will result in rental termination without refund.

Age Restrictions
To ensure a family atmosphere guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent. HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Bullard Realty, Inc., has the right to terminate rental, without refund, if in our opinion the renter is detrimental to the property.

Cancellations And Transfers
No refunds due to cancellation unless the property is re-rented in full. If we re-rent the property, your advanced payment, less a $100 cancellation fee will be returned to you. YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REIMBURSEMENT OF DEPOSIT IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT RE-RENTED FOR THE EXACT TIME PERIOD. We reserve the right to transfer your reservation to another property should the property you have chosen become unavailable.

Travel Insurance
TravelLite Worldwide Protection Plan offers travel insurance. A brochure will be mailed with every rental agreement. You must contact the insurance agent direct. Please contact Pleasure Island Insurance by e-mail at pleasureislandins@charter.net or phone them at 910-458-5898. In case of unforseen events this travel insurance helps protect your vacation investment. If you choose not to purchase this coverage, no refund will be given in the event of unforseeable cancellations including hurricane evacuations. Travel insurance cannot be purchased after your final balance is paid.

NC Tax
A 12.75% tax is added to all rentals 90 days or less (6.75% state sales tax and 6% accommodations tax) on Carolina and Kure Beach Properties. Subject to change according to law.

Lockouts
Please be responsible for property keys. If you are locked out during office hours, a key will be provided for you, providing you have proper identification. If you are locked out after office hours, there will be a $35 lockout fee at time of lockout.

Telephones
Phones are provided by the owner of each property. Long distance calls under any circumstances are not charged to the property phone. Please be prepared to place long distance calls on your calling or credit card. Property phone numbers are provided on your confirmation for yor convenience.

Parking
Limited to 2 cars at all properties. Parking of boats, trailers and R.V.'s are restricted.
