Summer of 09 my cousin and our children rented a place from Bullard. When we got there, we found out there was a mechanical problem in our place. The staff at Bullard did not hesitate to put us in another place that actually cost more but did not charge us extra. They even provided us a blow up bed. They were so nice. We did learn to make sure we leave our parking pass in the dash cause our car got towed from the parking lot. But other than that, everything was perfect. We are planning to go again this summer of '10.

Bullard Realty is the perfect company to work with when planning a vacation. The entire staff is very friendly and they made our stay in Kure Beach very enjoyable.

21 days until we're back! I can't wait for our 2nd family vacation to CB! We rent a condo @ Sea Colony through Bullard. They are so pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. Really go above and beyond. See ya soon!!! woo-hoo!!

My husband and I just wanted to thank you soooo much for the hospitality you showed us on Saturday when we stopped by for a reservation for a 1 night stay. We were in a "pickle" so to speak and you really helped us out and we greatly appreciate it.

I am looking forward to coming back this year in August and renting in Ocean Dunes. I love the beaches there they are great to drive out and fish.

You folks are the best! So helpful, responsive and friendly! We don't get down to the beach often, but you are at the top of our list now. Thanks so much...

I used Bullard this past summer. Being my first time renting a condo online, I was nervous and had heard stories of condos not actually appearing as the pictures portrayed. My choices narrowed to two choices at the Sea Colony. Bullard offered such great customer service, I chose the condo Bullard offered. When arriving, the condo proved better than the pictures could reveal. They made sure we were comfortable and dealing with them reminded me of family more than a business. Thank you!

All of us had a fantastic time. The house was lovely and offered many amenities. Bullard Realty went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for us.
