This cute condo features an awesome view, and is so close to the ocean and the pier/restaurant, Flounders! It's a great vacation rental for two couples or a family.This second-floor unit offers an open floor plan in the living and dining area. It sleeps six persons very comfortably with two queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, and microwave. Additional condo amenities include TVs and DVDs -- and covered parking. Unit features free high speed internet service! LINEN INCLUDED WITH RENTAL. There is access to the beaches with a 4-wheel drive vehicle, with Freeman Park passes Come and enjoy Carolina Beach and all that it has to offer! Fishing and boating (with a local marina available to stock up on necessary supplies), swimming, surfing, golfing, and shopping - we have it all!! (Note: Due to lack of space, the complex has no grill area, so bring a portable one and keep 10 feet from building when grilling.)
Due to Isaias, the beach directly across from condo suffered erosion. You can walk just north of the pier to have nice beach or south to next beach access for better beach, until the beach is renourished.
