WE have had our Family Reunion every year for the past several years at Pelican Watch with Bullard Realty. Dena & Debbie are great to deal with & always very helpful. Our condos are very nice & it is the highlight of the year for our family!!

Our stay in July was wonderful! The condo was clean and had a wonderful ocean view. The Bullard people were soooo helpful and there were many things to do. Highly recommended!

Sea Colony was super - our first time at Carolina Beach. Thanks, we loved it!

Wonderful week at Kure Beach and the house we rented from Bullard fit our needs to a tee. Everyone was so nice!

What a lovely condo. Everything was great. I worried that it would be difficult being on the 5th floor but the elevators were prompt and the amenities great, only wish we could have used the exercise facilities. My husband wanted to work out and had to find a local gym and then pay an extra charge for it. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Had a great time at Paradise towers! The condo was nice and clean. Thanks Bullard girls!! see you next year.

I just want to thank the gals at Bullard Realty for all the help setting up our vacation again this year. It was absolutly awesome! They always answered our emails promptly and are able to give good advice about local places. In addition they're always in the office way past quitting time and happy to help whenever a problem arises (which is rare). We tried contacting other agencies last winter and responses were rare. Bullard is the only one we'll deal with again. They are the best!

Bullard Realty - You are the best! You saved our vacation from being cut short due to mistaken bookings by another company. These ladies stepped up and bent over backwards to accomodate our family of 13, and talke about service with a smile. Thank you!

Hm, I think this was our 3rd year renting from Bullard and as always, such a pleasure. They never fail to go above and beyond for their customers! Not to mention always fun to sit and chat with! Can't wait to return!!
